Hello, I'm Emmaline Duffy-Fallon, Owner and Head Trainer at Citizen Canine Ireland. My goal is to make training rewarding for both you and your dog.

As a professional dog trainer and behaviour consultant of 19 years I have the experience and knowledge that allows me to help you gain a deeper understanding and better insight into your dog’s behaviour.
My methods and approach are sensible, kind, and effective with easy to follow steps so that you are actively involved in the training process and can expect positive changes from our first lesson.

ABOUT CITIZEN CANINE IRELAND
Welcome to Citizen Canine Ireland, where our mission is to make dog training a rewarding experience for both you and your dog. Founded by Emmaline Duffy-Fallon, her background as a shelter manager and her genuine love and understanding of shelter dogs, she has been running classes at ISPCA Wicklow for close to 10 years as well as volunteering her time overseeing play groups with their shelter dogs and advising on matters relating to behavioural evaluations.
EXPERT CANINE TRAINING
I began my career in New York City as the Shelter Manager at Brooklyn's BARC shelter for two years overseeing the daily care, training and enrichment of their dogs. I went on to study at The Academy of Dog Trainers in San Francisco and following on from there held the position of staff trainer for Manhattan's Andrea Arden Dog Training for five years, and two years working for Empire of the Dog in Brooklyn.
After returning to Ireland, I founded Citizen Canine Ireland.
