It has a  solid brass snap hook and 0- ring at handle which floats. 
You can choose from lined inside handle - Grey/Green /Red/ mustard faux leather)or unlined 
This gorgeous lead also is finished with a leather and buckle feature at base of lead giving it a unique look.  
The snap hook feeds through the O- ring so it can act as a tether if needed.
Can be made without  O- ring on handle too. Please specify when ordering.
