"It is with all sincerity that I say Emmaline as by far been one of the best trainers I have had the pleasure to work with. Emmaline has highly developed dog-handling skills and perhaps more importantly, she connects with human clients to help them better hone their own skills. Whether it be the young couple with a new puppy, or a family with three children and an adult dog with behaviour problems , Emmaline handles client relationships with the utmost care and professionalism."

Emmaline is a wonderful person to work with, she has endless patience and her fair, simple and consistent training methods have worked wonders for me and my puppy, Lily. Lily is a very exuberant girl and needs her energy channeling in a suitable way. Emmaline has shown me a host of effective techniques to achieve this in a positive way. She is a truly caring person, who not only gives you excellent tuition at home, but also fantastic followup via email and phone where needed. Her troubleshooting techniques are great and really effective, and I have gone from having an overexuberant puppy to one whose enthusiasm is now directed at good behaviour rather than causing trouble! Emmaline's skills are not just with the dog, but she is a great people person as well who is really a pleasure to learn from. I've learnt a huge amount in the two private sessions I have had, and look forwards to joining in her classes in the future. Thank you Emmaline for all your help, its really a pleasure to learn from you and I feel like I have gained a great friend as well as a great teacher.

Just wanted to say thanks some much for coming out and helping us train our rascal puppy Sophie! Sophie is doing much better now thanks to your tuition, she sits when told and even walks to heel on the lead. You helped us understand Sophie's behaviour and how best to deal with her abundant energy! Thanks again,

Emmaline is one of the greatest teachers of dogs and people that one could hope to find. she has an innate understanding of dogs and their stages of development, coupled with a common sense, humane, positive approach for teaching basic obedience and /or handling whatever issues may arise with your pet. Emmaline is one of those outstanding , caring teachers who really takes her clients needs to heart. she is organised and comes equipped with concrete verbal and written techniques and suggestions to ensure successful training. Owners will gain a multitude of knowledge and rationale for not only why skills and exposure are necessary for puppies but so that our dogs foster a sound temperment, confidence and bonding with their owners into adulthood. She is fun, practical and forthright in classes and private lessons(i've taken both). I have recommended Emmaline to so many friends and acquaintances. Everything she taught me and my puppy has proven to be sound and effective in helping him to be the most loving, well- socialised, well -mannered and happy dog. Because of emmaline's instruction, I constatly hear 'What a well behaved and lovely natured dog you have!'

We have been fortunate to have had Emmaline enter our lives to help us with a very loveable but completely wild young stallion of a puppy, and at the same time to help us with our daughter's wonderful but also untrained 10 year old dog. It was a daunting challenge to train this rambunctious young one with an older dog with a definite mind of his own, always trying to distract, etc. The adage that one can teach old dogs new tricks is certainly true in the case of Emmaline. She is fantastic! And the younger wild free spirit now still has his spirit intact but behaves so beautifully that we constantly pinch ourselves just to make sure we are not dreaming. in addition , the older dog now behaves like a charm. Emmaline helped us see where we could be more effective and therefore better equipped to give the kind of love, care and concern that we wanted to share with our dogs. I have had dogs for the past forty plus years and no-one with whom i have come into contact has the magical quailties of Emmaline. I personally looked forward to each time she came by for a training session. She is a friend who brings sunshine into one's home and anyone who is lucky to meet and work with her will add an extraordinary dimension to their lives.

Whoever said you can’t buy happiness didn’t know much about dogs or Ms. Emmaline Duffy Fallon.
Emmaline is a wonderful dog trainer and one which we are very happy to have had the pleasure to work with, especially it being the first dog trainer we have ever worked with. Her knowledge, understanding, and intuition of dog behaviour are outstanding. Her common sense approach to dealing with difficult issues is second to none and I trust her opinions without reservation. Indeed she is an asset to her area of expertise when it comes to helping people with their dogs, and I am so very grateful to her for the help she provided. Emmaline shared her great knowledge to help tweak newly formed traits our 3½ year old Rottweiler (Gus) seemed to have developed, and with that shared knowledge we now have our best friend back minus the traits, so thank you Emmaline.

In relation to the kong and trading him for it with treats, it's going brilliantly, he is getting so use to the trade that if he is eating from it and I happen to come out the back door, he automatically drops the Kong and sits waiting for me to trade with him. Very clever, but funny. All in all I am very pleased with his progress and I am more than happen to say that I am 100% sure that I am on the road to having a nice obedient, well behaved little pet that we all adore very much. Thank you for your help Emmaline. You gave us the tools to become more understanding of our dogs behaviour and for that we are very grateful because until you came there was no alternative but to consider finding him a new home as it was getting a bit risky having him around our children, but now I can safely say we are all better able to control socks and in return we are getting to hold on to our dear pet.
Thank you ever so much Emmaline and the kids would also like to say a big Thank you. They are extremely happy that socks will be staying with us.
The Keating family

Emmaline was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and warm especially when we met as my 3yr old cocker spaniel Meisha (yes the Diva of the house) doesn't take lightly to strangers entering her home. She barked and barked and barked which I found so embarressing.
Emmaline was very patient and explained why she does what she does. With Emmaline's advice (I had a relative visit the following night and I thought oh I'm dreading this) which I put into practice straight away....within 20 mins Meisha had no problems with him and in fact was eating chicken from his hand, something never to be seen before.
Since then Meisha has come on leaps and bounds we have even tackled her frenzied barking when the doorbell rings we used to dread seeing someone dropping in leaflets! We are so proud of her !! She knows now that barking means time out and being good there's a bit of nice chicken to look forward to. Our latest addition is Suzie now four months old we had a few moments wondering how well she would settle in (especially with Meisha our Diva of the household) she is a blue roan cocker and she is an amazing little doggie she is great at her "Touch and take treat on command" as Emmaline showed us it gets puppies used to people reaching down there hand and something good associated with it her little treats she is a model student.
Again alot of what Emmaline advised we have put into practice with Suzie with her people, children interaction and trading her kong for something else so she is not possessive! Emmaline gave great time to myself and my partner that day, who to be honest thought - we dont need a dog trainer even after our session... Emmaline had won him over. She was very detailed in her instruction and physically put into practice what she was advising - it wasn't just the case of hand outs and advice - she was very good at making us practice door belll runs and bringing our dogs out and giving us tips on what way to tackle barking at strangers. We have been thrilled with both of our girls progress especailly Meisha the 3yr old, we never thought we could change her bad ways - its goes to show it can be done with the help of Emmaline.

We were very frustrated with the behaviour of our two gorgeous little Chinese Crested girls, Aoife and Dilys. They were looking out of windows in our home and were barking at every person, cyclist and horse that went along the lane, if anyone walked in through the gate they barked louder and if the visitor rang our doorbell the girls barked as loud and as fast as they could. Visiting friends were subjected to a barrage of barks and we were becoming embarrassed as we couldn't get the girls to stop!
My daughter was visiting us and decided we needed help, professional help, and she looked on the internet until she found a dog trainer who may travel to see us. I looked at Emmaline's website and decided to contact her. A few days later Emmaline came to our house. I was very unsure about what a trainer could do to help us, and when Emmaline reassured us she would probably only need to visit us once, I thought she was confident that my dogs could be helped.
Within seconds of arriving I could see Emmaline was in action, working on the dogs, making them more comfortable with her being there, it was so simple, but so effective. Within minutes she took us through how to deal with all of the barking problems and with creating scenarios we had the opportunity to practice so that Emmaline could check that we were doing things correctly. Within the one session the dogs improved their behaviour and with a few reminder sheets given to us, we have continued to put all of the advice and instructions into action. Aoife and Dilys are so much better behaved now, our house is much quieter and passers-by are not deafened by the sound of their barking! Thank you very much Emmaline, I have recommended you to quite a few friends now!!
