Emmaline Duffy-Fallon is the founder, owner and head trainer at Citizen Canine Ireland

Emmaline is a professional dog trainer and a certified behaviour counsellor. She is a graduate of the San Francisco's SPCA's Academy for dog trainers under the guidance of Jean donaldson and Janis Bradley. She also holds a certificate in Special Advance topics in Dog-dog aggression from the Academy.

While residing in New York City, before returning to Ireland in 2007, Emmaline studied for four years under renowed U.S Dog trainer Andrea Arden (author of 'Dog Friendly Dog Training', 'Train Your Dog The Lazy Way' and 'The Little Book Of Dog Tricks'.) and Denise Herman founder of "Empire of the Dog" and author of clicker training kits for Nylabone company. For three years she held the position of shelter manager at her local community dog shelter and aided in the rehabilitation, remedial socialisation and adoption of over two hundred dogs. Consequently, working with rescued dogs is an area close to her heart.

Emmaline currently lives in Wicklow with her New York shelter dog Shaylinn.
